In the Asia Cup match, Afghanistan easily defeated Bangladesh by 7 wickets. Afghan batsmen achieved the target of 128 runs on the third ball of the 19th over.

On behalf of Afghanistan, Najibullah Zadran scored an unbeaten 43 runs, Ibrahim Zadran scored 42 runs and Hazratullah Zazai played an innings of 23 runs.

Earlier against Afghanistan, Bangladeshi batsmen looked helpless in front of Afghan spinners and could only give a target of 128 runs.

Bangladesh won the toss and batted first and scored 127 runs for the loss of 7 wickets in the allotted 20 overs at the Sharjah Cricket Stadium on Tuesday.
